Medvedev: Israel Strike on Iran Could Mean Nuclear War

“Israel’s recent deployment of warships across the Red Sea should be seen as serious preparation for an attack on Iran, an Israeli defense official told the Times of London on Thursday.
“This is preparation that should be taken seriously. Israel is investing time in preparing itself for the complexity of an attack on Iran. These maneuvers are a message to Iran that Israel will follow up on its threats,” the official was quoted as saying.” Read more…

An official from Iran’s Atomic Energy Organization announced Tuesday that the Islamic theocracy will “join the world nuclear club within a month in a bid to deter possible attacks on the country,” the Fars news agency reported. “No country would even think about attacking Iran after Iran’s membership in the club,” Deputy Head of IAEO Behzad Soltani said.
Meanwhile, Dmitri Medvedev, President of Russia, said in an ABC interview that the situation with Iran is ‘tragic’ and speculated that an Israeli strike on Tehran could lead to nuclear war and a stream of refugees from Iran.
Speaking with George Stephanopoulos on ‘Good Morning America’, Medvedev said:
“I don’t know what Iran wants… Are they pursuing the nuclear weapon or not? I don’t know. But we should carefully monitor it. These steps to enrich by 20 percent in their own sites, despite that we offered to do it in Russia, France and Turkey. This could be considered as at least the desire to enter into conflict with the world community.” Read more…

The leaders of Russia and China will protect Iran,not only Russia and China
will protect Iran also the entire asian continent will support Iran.The Islamic
World will support Iran in this military conflict.Iran will survive,but Israel and the
jewish population will not survive.Israel is a very small nation and the nations of
the Middle East can defeat Israel very quickly.The nuclear arsenal of Israel
will not protect Israel,Israel can not win this battle.The anger of Iran will wipe
out Israel from the map,also other Islamic Nations are angry on Israel,because
Israel is an arrogant nation,which thinks that Nuclear Weapons would mean the
solution for a battle.Israel should stay cool and should not make the nations of the
Middle East angry.
Which is the greater threat – GLOBAL WARMING or an ISRAELI ATTACK on Iran?
An illegal attack by Israel upon Iran, using US supplied fighter aircraft and high explosive munitions, is a global threat that will affect not only the Middle East but Europe. There is, however, a contention that AIPAC supporters are under the mistaken impression that in America they will be safe from any fallout. That opinion is erroneous.
Such an attack, unauthorized by any international authority, will likely signal the start of a nuclear war, initially in the ME that will soon spread to endanger not only Europeans but Americans.
In comparison, the debate on global warming becomes immaterial.
No country can attack iran under the Russia umbrellar, russia could clear all the forces in the middle east with formidable missiles fired from stand off distances and nothin will survive on sea, land or air.
Perhaps it’s time someone performed the “Delilah option” on Israel.
I think Israel has gone too far, with the bloody attacks on the international freedom flotilla in international waters. This is what Israel wishes for, world war, and this is what they will get. On Memorial Day, in the US, we watch recaps of WW1 and WW2 on the television. I can’t help wondering why some one didn’t just divert a bombing run onto the Rothschild properties. That would be the end of all our miseries and in 100 years, the meaning of Memorial Day would become a mystery for all.
