Panic in Ukraine, Authorities deny aircraft are spraying aerosols over cities, Martial Law expected

Authorities in Kiev, Ukraine, deny spraying of “aerosolized medication” by aircraft over city.

The office of Emergency Response in the district of Desniansko, Kiev, are tonight (30th Oct.) strongly refuting reports that light aircraft were spraying a substance over the city intended to counter a “swine flu pandemic” in Ukraine.

It was reported that light aircraft were seen over the Forest market area of the city (close to the Forest metro station) and they were spraying an aerosol substance intended to “counter swine flu”, this of course would constitute forced medication of the population.

The editors of local newspapers in Kiev received dozens of phone calls from concerned residents and shop owners in the Forest market area of the city reporting they had observed several light airplanes circling in the sky during the day spraying an unidentified aerosol into the atmosphere.

Retailers and local business people reported they were advised to “stay indoors” during the day by local authorities.

Local newspapers contacted government administrators in Kiev and were told that “no permission had been granted today (30th Oct.) for small aviation aircraft to fly within the city limits”. Also local FM radio stations in Kiev were regularly refuting the reports during broadcasts today, apparently under duress from local authorities.

Reports of helicopters and light airplanes spraying aerosols over Kiev, Lviv, Ternopil, and other cities throughout Ukraine are tonight flooding online forums and websites, hundreds of people have verified the reports with their own eye-witness accounts.

On 30th October President Viktor Yushchenko ordered the Ministry of Defense to establish mobile military hospitals throughout Ukraine, to assist and provide “essential medications” to people with swine-flu. Yushchenko has also ordered medical personnel from the reserve defense forces to report for duty.

An order from President Yushchenko is expected soon that will effectively place Ukraine under “martial law”.
“Due to the complex epidemiological situation in the western regions of Ukraine, where tens of thousands of people have become ill, thousands are in hospital, and dozens have died.”

Nine regions of Ukraine have declared a quarantine around the country and public events have been banned (including the elections).The Clergy have been ordered not to hold any Church or religious services on Sundays or to gather a congregation for any reason whatsoever. Police are also enforcing the compulsory wearing of protective face masks, any driver caught not wearing a mask faces harsh legal penalties.

Earlier, health authorities in western Ukraine reported a “severe outbreak of UNIDENTIFIED Influenza, suspected by doctors to be a form of viral pneumonia”. The disease has already claimed a number of lives in the region. In Lviv, schools have been closed and authorities are conducting emergency meetings to determine how to deal with the outbreak.

    Maybe the spraying is about a known pathogen to have escaped from a biolab,or some other nonsense,not spreading a virus or pathogen,but trying to prevent it…?…Or just a silly rumour…

    This spraying is following a pattern globaly. They have been spraying from huge tanker aircraft over populated areas of the uk also. On spraying days people get ill. On non spraying days people are fine. They are spraying different bugs that cause flu and ecoli. Its designed to panick people into lining up for the vaccine. The vaccine was tested on polish homeless in 2006 and 15% died straight away. What is going on in the ukrain is one piece of a large scale depopulation program. One of these planes was brought down in uganda where they were spraying in the summer it belonged to the us millitary. In the uk I rang the MOD and got the same denial. I also rang the environmental health to check the air quality they were quick to visit me to stop a panick and i was told that the only way i coudl find out about it was to contact the UN. The problem there is that this is the UN doing it. Incidentaly there is a new report today that passengers entering the uk at heathrow had been poisoned by some chemical during the flight so a chemical alert was declared! People need to wake up from cosy TV land because ther is a war against you the public.

    The Spraying is nothing new, they have been doing this for many years now,
    People have just got used to seeing the planes in the sky. We have fallen asleep
    on our watch.
    There are times when they spray 24hrs a day here, they will spray for 2-3 days and then quit for 3-4 days. I have gone outside late at night and heard the planes
    looking up and seeing 3 planes spraying at a time.

    This does a lot more than makes people sick, it can alter the weather, cause
    drout, rain and it messes with the ozone. It depends what they put in the spray.

    There are a lot of web-sites that have information about the spraying,
    one I have got information from is strange days strange skies.

    It is ahuge site, It has postings from all over the world, it also has a lot
    of pictures of what things look like when they spray.

    Spread the Word, People do not see the things being done right under their
    nose.

    Ok I was down in Odessa a while back and now living in Moscow, Russia.
    I am Lakotah and want to help spread the news about all this NWO and Banking Cartels, etc… The USA is not a Dream Place like many would like to think and believe. The USA is just about DEAD.

    There are many eye-witness accounts, but why aren’t these people getting the proof: video footage! Many people have camera cell-phones, take pictures and video – put them on youtube. Remember to act like a journalist or reporter when unusual things happen: A PICTURE IS WORTH A THOUSAND WORDS. Sorry for the caps.

    Well, in slovenia they spray almost everyday, and im not about to feel sick about it, i usually see a trail when im on my best mood possible, and when i see it i swear i smile cuz they`re pathetic relying on petty things like that…if they are. And people…we were sleeping i hope youre aware more and more people are waking up and we still have time…

    Uh have to add something…the only thing that angers me with all that spraying going on is that in blocks the sunrays! It does it makes a fog over the sun and the rays cant get trough, you can see the sun, but you cant feel it…theres light outside, but you never see the rays =/

    May I just say what a help to find anyone who essentially knows what they’re discussing on the web. You definitely learn how to bring a problem to light and allow it to vital.
