The depravity of these people is beyond words! Nadia Feldmeyer, who was in the public gallery as an observer (hoping to see a fair trial for Maurice Kirk) has been arrested & carted off to some prison in England. The reason? She is in ‘Contempt of Court’, for taking notes – yet police in the public gallery were scribbling away like mad! In the same courthouse on 1st October 2009 I told Judge Nicholas Cooke “I have the utmost contempt for you AND this court”, but he didn’t have me put in prison. Nadia may or may not be able to cope with this trauma, but her elderly mother is distraught. It is understood that Nadia will be in Cardiff Crown Court (possibly court room 7) tomorrow, Friday to face some charges between 10am – 2pm. Judges act in the name of The Queen, & at her Coronation she swore before Almighty God “To Deliver Justice WITH MERCY!“ The judge involved has already shown that he doesn’t know how to spell either word, but possibly someone might whisper in his ear & ‘advise’ him to show just a little compassion, if not for Nadia, then for her mother. I send a call out to ‘Freemen on the Land’. This is the time to show what you are made of.

The trouble with establishing a dictatorship through stealth is that people both within and without the system begin to protest. Not everyone is afraid. Some speak their minds. Some fight. And when people fight, inevitably the truth starts to leak. Initially such leaks can be put down to “conspiracy theory,” or “eccentricity,” but eventually, as the dictatorship gets closer to fruition, the numbers of people seeing the truth are too great. It is at that point, that the establishment acts to silence the dissenters.
Maurice Kirk is one man who has caused that establishment no end of trouble.
Maurice Kirk is a capable veterinary surgeon. He has been fighting establishment corruption for decades. He has taken a civil case against South Wales Police for harassment because they have been covertly monitoring his movements for a long time. That case is due to come to court in January 2010. It is clear now that South Wales Police, in collusion with the Judiciary, intend that Maurice Kirk will not be attending that court case.
In June this year, Maurice Kirk was arrested on the charges of possession of a firearm, and offering the gun for sale. The gun concerned was a decommissioned WW1 machine gun, which he obtained attached to a replica First World War Airco DH2 aircraft. The gun had no trigger. It had holes drilled in it. You can see quite clearly in the photograph, that the barrel is blocked. In fact, it was made up of salvaged parts from several other WW1 guns, with the sole purpose of looking good on the DH2. Disgraceful behaviour from a system that wouldn’t know truth and justice if it bit it on the arse! But equally truth and justice has a funny way of becoming reality because it flows with the universal law! Keep fighting the good fight and i and many are starting to stand up and be counted! For the ONE HUNDRED AND TWENTY FIRST time, Maurice Kirk was accused by British police on trumped-up chages and WON.
On the 9th February he was acquitted by a jury.
EVERY KIND of lie was told about him, both in the courts and in the Press – including the TIMES. It was said that the “banned weapon” was a “deadly machine gun” and a “working Lewis machine-gun”. Even in the TIMES.
However, it was a film prop. It had no trigger. So “expert witnesses” who said it could fire up to eleven rounds on a single pressure of the trigger were LYING. Even the barrel – a drain-pipe – was blocked.

BECAUSE it is wrong, Britain tried to hold that of Maurice Kirk in secret. They forced him to use a closed-circuit video-link instead of an open court. When he tried, they switched it off the moment he began to speak.
After eight months, he finally DID get a trial by jury – who wisely acquitted him.
Nadia Feldmeier is in prison for LEGALLY publishing the names of the jury. It is NOT illegal, but the crooked lawyers INVENT any law they like.
Maurice Kirk tried to get his documents from the Caswell Clinic. He was polite as usual. They called the police, and are NOW charging him with “obstruction” and under Public Order, Sect 5!
That is to be TRUMPED-UP CHARGE NUMBER ONE HUNDRED AND TWENTY TWO.
